Before I can help you I need you to pass me some information. Which miCoach device are you using? Pacer (black device for training)? or are you using the SPEED_CELL? (green and black chip)? Also, which laptop do you have? a PC or Mac? and which OS does your laptop has? Windows XP, Vista or 7? On in case of Mac, is it Power PC or Intel based?

Make sure that you have the last version of the Manager installed in your computer. To do that please follow the next steps:
If after this you cannot sync the SPEED_CELL it might be that the drivers were not installed correctly, so please try the following steps:
To do this, you have to make sure that you have administrator rights in your laptop.

still nt working...my usb is nt connect with the pc
