Hi Dustien,
Where have you input the settings? On the website or in the iPhone App?
If you have done this in the App then would it be possible for you to change the Voice Pack by going to Settings>Personal Settings>Voice and Language. Once you change this make sure you sync again.
Please also make a screen shot of the Auto Updates in the Personal Settings and post it here.

Hello rugby13,
thank you very much for your answer. I have updated the Voice Pack and now it is working correctly. I have tested only HRM but I am sure the speed cell will work properly too.
