No Adidas have not agreed to a refund, luckily the company I brought the origonal pacer from graciously replaced it along with the reciept. There for this means I have a new reciept so I am entitled to a refund under the product not fit for purpose criteria. I have contacted Wiggle and asked them to clarify this, hopefully this will be an easy proccess as they appear to be a company who care about their customers and have great customer service. I will update more tomorrow as with it being Sunday I am not expecting a response until Monday. If they do refund I shall purchase my sportsband from them also I may treat myself to a new pair of trainers with the money left over from the sportsband being £60 cheaper.
