SUPPORT DISCUSSIONS

Thank you for all the suppor I found on this site. I've been away from the net and I've been using my micoach in July sporadically relying on what I had in store for me since the last sync. Therefore I didn't have any problems running. After I've come back home and was forced to automatically update my firmware the problems described here stopped my micoach training. I'm still running based on my watch and some experience gained with micoach so far.

I'll try to reset pacer and put the voice of Andy Murray. Maybe that's the solution.

I phoned customer service in Britain. They even have a number solely devoted to micoach. They were aware of the problems and promised to release the next update next week. Probably on Monday.

So far it hasn't been t so bad for me, because I've discovered the problem only recently.

What makes me angry though is that such a big company as Adidas shouldn't just walked past the problem without even noticeably informing users on the main site of their micoach zone website about the problem. I understand that many of you people feel let down because when you offer something so gorgeous and effective as micoach system you can't let down your users by forcing them to a 2 months break in their workout workload. Especially in the middle of the Summer.

What's wrong with these people?

I see. Thank you. I'll try that later this evening. However not being able to check the actual zone you're running within is a real grrr.

After upgrating to Pacer FW to 3.26 I did a nice workout - 1h (20 min blue, 20 yelow, 20 min blue). HR and Zones work grate. I press central button about 10 times - nothig bad happen. However Information given when press central button changed - It maight be my mistake. Unfortunatly distance and pace value was 2 times more then it was in fact. I fix this when get home. I will see tomorow what will be the result. That will be the week of last chance for miCoach Pacer - I gona buy Garmin insted to cooperate with profesionals.

I really want to buy Timex Ironman watch and forget about all the problems. I'm really tired. Dear Adidas do anything to make it work.

Maybe i have this bug because i'm on a mac? )) Which voice do you chose in the settings?
I did all of this things, but it didn't work.

Unfortunately for me, this voice does not work like everyone else. Two beeps and silence after that.

Well, I tried the new voice and dropped zone information after pressing the center button and gues what!!!???

There was a considerable improvement. My micoach didn't crash at the 19th minute as it used to. It CRASHED after 29 minutes just before or at the final summary info I was expecting after finishing my 30 minute test blue run.

So, no! It didn't work.
