So, I have beeb using micoach now for about three weeks.  I started training for a marathon that is going to be held on October 9th, 2011.  Now, I will have to say that I am not the typical runner, I am about 5'10 and weigh about 210.  I started running again when I went through the local police academy and decided that it would be a good idea to keep it up, plus, I dont know to many people that can say they had successfully ran a marathon.  Well, I ran my Saturday run today on Friday because I dont have a babysitter for Saturdays.  The run consisted of 10 minutes in blue, 15 in green, 30 in yellow then 10 in blue.  Well, I get through the deathly slow blue zone, go through the green zone that is a little more comfortable, then hit the yellow zone.  Now, this yellow zone sucked because it was the first run that I was going to be running in the yellow zone for any length of time and I may have made it a mile into it before I switched gears.  Where I run at, a loop is a little less then 1/3 of a mile, so I decided that on the longer straights, I would do sprint work, and on the shorter straights, I would walk (its a rectangular shaped course).  I did this for about a mile and a half, about or about 19 and a half minutes.  I get done and decide to skip the lsat blue portion of the workout and submit my workout to micoach thinking, that was a pretty good workout!  Then...  IT RETURNS A 0% SCORE!!!  WHAT THE HECK?!?!?  Is the program that strict or did I just do that bad, I thought covering 5 miles was pretty good for myself, especially doing sprints...
