Also... How does one delete a workout? Can't seem to find it...

Hi Serge,
To delete a workout you just need to log in to your miCoach web account then follow the steps below:
Click on Manage>Schedule>Click on the workout you want to delete>Tools>Delete

Regarding this issue, please check out the solution in this post, if you use iPhone to sync your SPEED_CELL.
Please contact our support team using Contact Us page with the correct date as they are able to change the date of your workout.
