I have the same problem here. Downloaded the iphone app, launched it, asked me for a PIN code, tries to activate the account and then shows the ''that didn't work. try again later' message. over and over again.

I see a lot of you are having issues with the activation. Unfortunately, at this time is not possible to do it. Our website is having some issues that our IT team is solving as fast as they can. Last post I saw about this was from March and it sayd fixed.

Thanks for the update. About this issue, currently the CONNECT is not compatible with the iPad, only with iPhone/iPod devices. That might be a reason why your SPEED_CELL cannot be activated. I would recommend you to activate it either with the iPhone or iPod and then check if it works with them. Also, I would appreciate if you can tell me which App are you trying to access, miCoach App or any of the Sports App (Tennis, Football, Basketball, Running) so I can advise you further.
If your device is not the SPEED_CELL then I would appreciate if you can tell me which other device do you own/want to use.

Hi all,
Same issue as above for 'mobile activation'
Mobile device is: HTC Sensation.
I was successful in activating it once yesterday, however have since uninstalled and reinstalled due to a failure to sync a new workout plan.
Is this issue due to any recent micoach downtime? I dont see any posts to suggest this in the last 48 hrs.

Sorry you're having issues with the app. In you case I would recommend you to try to activate it via WiFi instead of the mobile network and see if that makes a difference. If not, then please power-cycle your mobile (turn off/on) and try one more time. If after trying that you are still receiving the same message, I would really appreciate if you can contact our Support Team explaining your issue in detail. When you write support, please let them know the model and OS of your phone, a screenshot of the error message and what you have already tried. Finally I would really appreciate if you can add the next code at the beginning of your email: SCM - "your miCoach user name" - SD. One of our agents will contact you soon.
