My Pacer works properly during my workouts and says that the data has been saved upon completion however after sync no data appears. This happened once before, one day didn't appear, figured perhaps battery died during workout. charged evice and next few days worked fine, now again.....missing data...Anyone know what is going on and how to get my data onto the mi coach web site???? GRRRR

  • I have the same problem.

     

    Two times have I lost workouts this way.

     

    I checked the website before my run and the workout was there. The pacer worked fine during the wourkout. But after syncing afterwards the workout disappeared from my schedule.

     

    Very annoying.

    • Hi Guys,

       

      This sounds like there is corrupt files on your Pacers. You can use the following steps to clean up the files and then this shouldn't happen in the future.

       

      This works with the new diagnostic functions of the miCoach Manager:

       

      · Connect the Pacer

      · Open the miCoach Manager

      · Right click on the miCoach Icon (task bar icon)

      · Settings> Diagnostic> Erase Data>OK /Reset Pacer to factory default>OK

      · Choose the Preferences tab and deselect Auto-Sync (this can be changed again afterwards

      · Close this window and right click on the miCoach Icon again and select quit.

      · Go to the miCoach website and change the Narration Voice (Settings>Gear>Pacer>Configuration>Narration Voice>Save)

      · Start the miCoach Manager again - wait for the Pacer to be recognised (Firmware 0.09) and sync the Pacer (update to firmware 3.15)
