Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem before. I have attached images of 2 separate workouts. Look closely and you will see pace per km in the upper section is drastically different from the data in the chart (I have highlighted both areas), but only for a 5 minute period of time in each workout. It has a significant impact on the overall data recorded.

I am going back and forth with miCoach right now, but as I mentioned, I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.

  • Hi,

The rating at the top (in a red box) is the average stride rate within the time bounderies. The rating that you point a red arrow towards is the stride rate at that exact instant in time, therefore they should be different, there is no inaccuracy in the data. Hope this helps.

      • Hmmm... I reported a similar problem awhile back, and the miCoach team did fix the problem; wonder if it has crept back in, in a different way. I only saw this when I was selecting different analysis boundaries. Keep going back and forth with them. Neither of these makes sense in terms of it being the instantaneous value, NOR is the value at the top of the screen correct for the selected analysis boundaries.

I know they fixed a similar issue for me awhile back. I also wonder if when they did a website update that they had an old code version creep back in.

Keep pounding on the issue -- I had to go back and forth a couple of times before they did the "AHA!" moment, and then it was fixed shortly thereafter.
