Have you also clicked through on the confirmation email sent to your inbox? If not, this must be done first before trying to sync.
If you have and it is still not syncing, then please provide the time and date of your latest try to sync to help the dev team track down what is going on.
I just installed the app on my iphone. I then went to the website & registered. I went though the email confirmation, too. I cannot open the app on my iphone. I keep getting the message that my "email or password is incorrect. Please try again." 2:25pm central time zone.
I have logged off and back onto the wbsite successfully with my email and password, so I am quite puzzled. Any help is appreciated!

Nope, still a no go on my Verizon iPhone.
We haven't made the fix yet. Will notify when it is tested and operational.
Carlos is not using a Verizon Wireless iPhone...

Just found a solution for me... I had a special character in my password. I reset it to a password with no special characters and it synced like a charm!
