I've set up my account online and downloaded the app for my new iPhone 4. When it asks me to email and password, which I do exactly the same as when online, it gives me the error 'That didn't work. Please try again'. Can anyone help? I've got signal and wifi connection on my phone ok so not sure why it doesn't connect and sync.
