This is because your playlist was created with media card encryption on. If you look in the file list and see yourplaylist.m3u.rem you should email it to yourself (removing the encryption) and add it to your blackberry's media card through your PC.

I have a BB Bold 9700 and all i did was created a new playlist in my media file and micoach picked it right up. I Had the problem as well of no music but i realized that even though i had music in my BB i had no playlist set up. So try that and good luck.
I have a 9700 also. I can see my playlist, and it plays in micoach. When the coach speaks, of course the music stops, but it doesn't start back up. Any ideas?
I have a Blackbery Bold 9700 and just this minute have created a Coldplay playlist using the standard playlist method, and it shows up on Micoach. However if I use the Automatic playlist method, then the playlist doesnt show up.
When you have created the playlist make sure you can view the tracks by clicking View songs from the menu. Hope this helps.

just to share....if playlist not showing up in micoach mobile.
i just open the micoach mobile and press BB menu button then choose switch application. Then select the BB music files and play it.
Then i switch application back to micoach. Training as usual....
Don't worry you can hear both sound (micoach + BB music) ![]()
it is still annoying, you cannot increase/decrease trainer's volume once started the workout. switching actually adds another pain.
