Hi BEN28,
Thanks for posting.
I checked in our system and I could see you have the SPEED_CELL for iPhone/iPod, with the Football App, right? Now, I can see you already synced a couple of workouts and you have data for the 9th of September, could you please give me more details about your issue? What is exactly not connecting? Any feedback you can give me would be appreciated.
I look forward to your answer.

HI Ben28,
Thanks for the clarification. It is important to get as many details as possible, so can you let us know - are you seeing any error numbers in the Manager when you try to sync?
One thing I would like you to do, if you have not done it already:
- Please right-click on the Manager icon in your taskbar
- Choose Settings
- Click on the Connections tab
- Make sure your Connection choice is "Auto-detect Proxy"
- Then close out completely from the Manager
- Log back in and try to sync.
Let us know if this helps at all.
cheers,

hi
ben here again i did all that but it is still not working
it is working on the i pod but not on my mac
i had training again today and i could see it on the i pod but not on the computer
i missed already one game the data did not come up i have another game on sat hope you can help me
thank you
Hi Ben, thanks for the clarification.
I understand that you are syncing the SPEED_CELL to the iPod first. This is why you are not able to sync the information again to the Manager on your Mac. Once you have synced the SPEED_CELL data once, it is no longer on the SPEED_CELL device and thus cannot be extracted again.
So you can either sync to the iPod, or sync to the Manager, but you can't sync to both.
However, the way to get the data into your web account is to sync the sports app to the web. You must a have a good wireless connection with the iPod to do this. Just hit the sync button which is after the edit page on the app. It is circled here below:
Or you can sync from the workout history page:
Once you do this, then you will see the workouts in your web account Track tab under Journal, or as the Latest Workout. Hope this helps you out.
