hello forum. if you are here you are probably plauged by the same problems that im am. syncing errors, no data to assign etc. please adidas get us some better firmware or even better take the main program offline and just make it to where you can upload your stats. my biggest problem though right now is not being able to find the data to assign even after a succesful sync.

    Thanks for posting.

     

    Please, make sure you have the latest version of Flash and Java. Also, please clear the cache and cookies from your browser. Afterwards, I will really appreciate if you can clear the Flash Asset Cache of your computer. To do it, on the website, go to your calendar and once there please right-click on it. Then, select the option "Global Settings" and then click on Delete All. Finally, please re start your browser, login again and see if now you can see the data to assign.

     

    If this does not work, I would appreciate if you can contact our Support Team. Please let them know which computer you have, its OS and explain what you already tried. Please, also attach your log files, you can find them in your computer under: \adidas\miCoach Manager\logs\debug.log. One of our agents will contact you soon.
