I switched from an LG Optimus to a Samsung Galaxy S.  Since switching, I have no videos or pictures for strength training and after i stopped running this morning and checked my GPS it shows me zig zagging on the street and cutting through peoples yards ( I stayed on the roadway).  This is a route I use almost every morning and the map was way off.  Anyone have any solutions?  I love this ap but its a wast of time if it is not working correctly.

    • Hi dmcgee222,

I was able to check up on your case and saw that one of our agents got back to you and asked you to supply info on:

      - OS version and firmware of your phone (Please find the information on your phone by going to "Menu" > "Settings" or find settings in your app drawer/dock > "About Phone". Scroll all the way down, it’s the last option).
      - Version of the App (you will find the information on the App under "Settings" > "Info about miCoach")
      - Screenshot of the error message (or of the absence of image where there should be one.)

If you still having problems with images/videos missing, then please do send all of the above info back to the agent and your case will be further analyzed.

      best regards!

      • The same thing is happening on my LG G2x, no videos, it shows 0% on the sync.

        1. The OS/Firmware of my phone is: LG-P999, Android version 2.3.4, Kernel version 2.6.32.9, Build number GRJ22

        2. The version of the app is Version 2.0.8823 copyright 2012 adidas

        3. This is the exact screenshot of that error:

        • Hi Kentrik,

Sorry to hear this is happening.  The best way for us to support you is for you to send an email to support@micoach.com and supply all of the details you have given above, including attaching the screenshot.  (dmcgee222 had actually already done this and has an agent working on his case.)  One of our support team members will get back to you shortly after.

Also, please write as the first line in the body of the email: SCM - Kentrik - Forum.  That way we can best follow up on your case.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

          regards,

          RocknRun15
