I have a micoach device that I use for soccer. I first downloaded the program on my MAC laptop, and it worked great. However, I just moved and my new house does not have wifi, so I am only able to use a PC. I downloaded the micoach program for pc, but it is not showing up on the computer. Please help!!!
I believe you're using the SPEED_CELL with CONNECT for PC/Mac.
So You've been synching your SPEED_CELL via Mac using CONNECT but now you only can use PC.
I'd appreciate if you could describe your issue more in detail so that I can help you out with your issue.
Which operating system (Windows XP, Vista or 7) does your PC have?
You wrote that you downloaded the miCoach program for PC and I believe you mean the miCoach manager. Do you mean the manager is not showing on your PC? If so could you install the manager program successfully after downloading it? Please note that you need to have the admin right on your PC to install miCoach manager program as well as CONNECT driver . If you have set up a user account on your PC, please make sure that the user account you're using is set as an admin otherwise they can't be installed on your PC.
