When you do, please let them know the production date of the Zone. You can find this by opening it as if you are changing the battery. Inside of the Zone there is a little sticker showing the date.
Next, send an image of the proof of purchase and a picture of the flashing green lines if you can. This is a big help towards providing you with further assistance. ![]()
But if nothing else, please do let them know the production date. One of the team members will answer your email as soon as possible!

I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to the email I sent. I sent it on the 12th May. I have checked my junk folder on the off chance it had gone into there but there has been no reply.

No, I still havent received an email from support.
I have managed to get it working now. I changed the battery and it seems to have done the trick.
I wasnt sure if this would work because there was no red flashing LED like it says in the manual, but it seems the battery was the problem.

Glad to hear that you could resolve your issue after replacing the battery of the Zone. Yeah, it's little weird that it didn't blink red to notify you that the battery is empty.
