Adizero rose 2.5 is basketball shoes that has the cavity inside where you can insert the miCoach SPEED_CELL.

The miCoach SPEED_CELL has an on-board memory that can measure and records your stats when you play sport specific games/matches. You can simply insert the SPEED_CELL and don't need to carry any other devices along with you and play match/game to record your data. After finishing game/ match you can sync your SPEED_CELL via PC/Mac or via iPhone/iPod to view your data. Please have a look at our tutorial video here.

Did you get the adizero rose 2.5 with the SPEED_CELL bundle or did you get just the shoes?

If you have the SPEED_CELL and CONNECT for iphone/iPod, you can use the SPEED_CELL  paired with the miCoach mobile App while doing miCoach plan workout. Then the distande and pace/speed will be measured by SPEED_CELL and not by GPS.  You also can sync the SPEED_CELL separately via various miCoach Apps (Tennis, Basketball, Football and Running App) to get more details. You can wear the SPEED_CELL in the shoe while playing basketball and sync its data via Basketball App to get bursts, fast breaks, distance and etc. Various miCoach Apps can be downloaded from App store for free.
