As a first step I would recommend you to make sure you have the latest version of the Flash Player and Java. If not, please update both. If you already have them, please clear the Flash Asset Cache. To do it go to Manage>Schedule and once you are in the calendar, please right click on it. Then click on Global Settings and then Erase All. Finally refresh the website and go to Home and see if now you can see the Assign Data message.
If after trying the message still does not appear I would appreciate if you can contact our Support Team (support@micoach.com). When you do it, please let them know what type of computer you have and its OS. Also, please attach your log files you can find them under :\adidas\miCoach Manager\logs\debug.log. One of our agents will contact you soon.
