I'm Looking for help!!! I use the mi Coach Football App on iPad and today i Finally got the Chip and the pacer. After i've had Football training Wehre i used the Chip i wanted to Synchronize my Stats so i First had to find the Speed cell at modification, but this doesn't work, the Speed cell cannot be found. What Shall i do? Tanks for help!!
Vielleicht auch noch mal auf deutsch: habe heute Training gehabt und den Chip schon richtig eingesetzt in die Sohle und wollte heute Abend dann synchronisieren, also unter Geräte Einstellungen (ich benutzte die App auf dem iPad) auf ,,Geräte suchen"gegangen. Dort findet sich der Speed cell aber nicht, obwohl der 1cm neben dem pacer liegt. Ist der Speed cell vielleicht kaputt oder so? Danke für Hilfe!!!!
I'd like to clear one thing with you. Are you trying to pair the SPEED_CELL with Pacer or are you trying synching your Pacer with the miCoach Soccer App?
If you want to pair the SPEED_CELL with Pacer so that you can use the SPEED_CELL also as a Stride Sensor, please have a look at our Guide here.
If you're trying to pair/add your SPEED_CELL to the Football App but the football app can't find your SPEED_CELL, please check the following steps:
Make sure that the SPEED_CELL is within range (within 10meter but not closer than 6 inches from the CONNECT) and that the SPEED_CELL is activated (shake it as it can be activated by movement).
Make sure that the CONNECT for iPhone/iPod is recognized by the App. Once the CONNECT is recognized by the Football App, a green lighted CONNECT icon will show up on the right bottom of the Soccer App. Remove and reconnect the CONNECT few times.
Close the sports App completely (after closing the App, double click the iPhone home button and hold the App icon. Once it starts shaking, click on "-" sign.) and open the App again and try.
Reboot/restart your iPhone and try again.
Replace the battery. If the battery is drained or weak, the App can't find the SPEED_CELL.
Some users can sync the SPEED_CELL with sport Apps (Tennis, Football, Basketball and Running App) on iPad, but some can't.
Currently the iPad is not officially compatible with the miCoach SPEED_CELL. If those steps can't help you to resolve your issue, this might be the reason.
