Sorry to hear that the Pacer can't be recognized by the computer.
Regarding this issue, please check the following steps:
If you still face this issue, please check if your Pacer can be turned on after removing it from PC. If the Pacer can be turned on but can't be recognized by computer, please restore your Pacer to its factory setting manually as instructed in the Guide here.
If the Pacer can't be turned on at all, please restore the Pacer to its factory setting manually while the Pacer is connected to the computer.
If the issue still persists, please send an email over to our support team using Contact Us page along with your full postal address. Please let them know the issue you're having and all steps you've tried. They'll send you a new USB cable as there might be a problem with your USB cable.
