Hello! I really need some help. I've tried a long time now, to pair speedcell with my computer. I have done all the things i need to do, but i simply can't find the speed cell when I'm searching for it. The connect is working, and I even bought a new battery for the speed_cell to see if that helped. It didn't.
So i would really appreciate if someone please would help me..
Sorry to hear this. I would like to ask you a few questions first.
Is the wireless CONNECT symbol in the miCoach Manager green?
Is the SPEED_CELL within 10 meters of the CONNECT but not closer than 16 centimeters? If you have the SPEED_CELL right next to or touching the CONNECT, syncing capabilities are greatly diminished.
Did you activate the SPEED_CELL by lightly tapping it?
If you did all this and your SPEED_CELL is still not detected, then please send an e-mail over to support@micoach.com, describing your issue in detail and including all the steps that you have already taken. Someone from the team will get in touch with you!
