Hey Robin,
You can definitely compare results from workouts and games with other users. This happens through Groups. miCoach gives you the option to either create your own Group, or join an existing one.
Just go to the home page and you'll see the Groups box on the bottom right of the screen. It's highlighted here below.
Click on Create a Group and it takes you to this page:
Follow all the prompts and hit Next. You'll be able to invite your teammate once you have set everything up.
Here is an example of a group, so you can see how the stats are shared and how the Leaderboard works:

As far as your second question:
The calories burned for SPEED_CELL workouts (Soccer, Basketball and Tennis) will not appear in the workout but when you go to Track>Journal on the website you can see the calories for each workout.
