Hi AndyWhyteUK,
Thanks for the post.
It is important how you place the SPEED_CELL as this can affect the data accuracy.
I undestand it isn't optimal to wear the SPEED_CELL on the shoe lace when playing Football. However, I'd like to inform you that wearing the SPEED_CELL on the shoe laces using the lace clip or in the cavity of miCoach compatible shoes will allow for highest level of data accuracy. If it is used in any other way than recommended (with lace clip or in cavity), adidas does not guarantee the same level of data accuracy.
Thanks,

@AndyWhiteUK, you need to get the SPEED_CELL as close to being in the cavity of an F50 as possible. There is a video on youtube where some guy has cut out a cavity in his shinpad and placed the cell in there. Make sure you oriantate the SPEED_CELL as instructed in the video, BUT place the SPEED_CELL as low (close to your foot) as possible. See the comments on the youtube page for how well it works. I'm was going to try it tonight but my game got cancelled. Rubbish. Let us know how it works if you give it a try.
