I am sorry you are having problems with the SPEED_CELL.
Could you please remove the battery of the SPEED_CELL and put it on again? Then turn off your phone, wait a couple of minutes, turn it on and after that, try to pair the device with your iPhone and see if it is recognized.
If it still not recognized, please try with miCoach Running App and miCoach Basketball App. I know since you stated that you are only interested in miCoach Soccer App but in this case it is important to know if this problem is only present there or in all the Apps.
Also, please make sure that the SPEED_CELL is within a range of no further than 10 meters but not closer than 6 inches from the miCoach CONNECT and that the SPEED_CELL is activated (to do this just shake it for a bit of time).
If after doing this the SPEED_CELL is still not recognized by the Soccer App please send an email to our Support Team: support@micoach.com and let them know which miCoach Apps are not able to recognize your SPEED_CELL, the model and OS of your iPhone and what so far you have tried to fix this issue.

Thank you for your reply.
I did remove the battery on both the first and second Speed-Cell's I had. I even tried what you suggested. I switched the phone off for few minutes, but still the micoach soccer app was not able to trace the Speed cell. I ensured that the Speed-Cell was active and maintained the required range.
I downloaded the Running and Basketball applications, same story, it won't trace the Speed Cell.
Im in touch with the Adidas store here, they will call me back with feedback with regard to this issue.
In the mean time i will email the Support team with the all details.

Hi MissTennis1,
I just went to the adidas store and replaced my speed cell (iphone) with a speed cell (pc/mac) connector. Im glad to say that now i can use speed cell through micoach manager on my mac. I have one concern though, i was able to install the micoach manager on my mac laptop, but for some reason the same program wont download on my iMac. It says "installation failed". Any advise on the same?

I am glad you could find a solution for the issue you were having with your SPEED_CELL.
Now, concerning the issue with the iMac installation let's try this:
1. Uninstall the manager and delete the old files of the previous miCoach managers that you installed in order to install the manager again.
2. Check if you have any pendant software updates in your Mac and if you do, run them. (You can do this by clicking on the Apple Icon in the task bar>Software Update. If necessary, restart the computer.
3. Proceed to download the correct miCoach Manager:

If the error persist, then please send an email to our Support Team: support@micoach.com and our Mac specialist will look into it.

Problem solved thank you for your advise. Apparently i had dowloaded a previous version of micoach, thats why it was showing error. I deleted the old one as per your advise. Now everything is working fine. Im yet to use the speed cell and synchronize the data. Thank you for your support.

I need a bit more of direction here so I can give you a proper feedback. Do you have issues pairing your SPEED_CELL with the App or to sync your SPEED_CELL (from the device to the App or from the App to the website). Also, I would appreciate if you can clarify if you have both version and if you are syncing twice your SPEED_CELL which each CONNECT or you are using just one every time you want to sync your data.
