Hi Bassman5,
Thanks/vielen Dank/Muchas Gracias for the message. I just thought that since no one answered I could give you some information as to why the support for the Samsung F110 stopped.
The mains points are:
We have passed on all the posts about wanting it to remain but I don't believe that the decision can be reversed.
I hope with this information you can see that it wasn't just a decision that was taken lightly.
Cheers,

I wish the F110 could be further supported! The other products are not as good...
I hate to be caught into the "planned obsolescence" scheme!!! My equipment is working just fine, the phone works great, the heart rate meter too !!!
I don't want to spend more money to buy something else I don't need just because Adidas wants us to buy a newer product. As a consumer, I'm angry. As a runner, I'm angry. If I buy new equipment, the old one will go to the "recycling bin", think about the PLANET!!!
Keeping some compatability layer for the few of us using the F110 couldn't be so difficult, I'm not buying that either.
Guess I'll have to choose more carefully my next training equipment purchase.
To sum it up: Adidas doesn't respect me, I don't respect Adidas.
If adidas would be honest and serious about not letting down the F110 users, it would at least release whatever code they could on the synchronizer software so at least the data collected on the phones could be kept by the user in the computers.
There are plenty of possibilities Adidas has shown how it has no idea on supporting electronics and web services. And now forced to buy new equipment I would rather choose something as open as possible and not be left out with equipment and data no one is supporting.
Whoever decided this, please relate the following: you have shown Adidas true colors and philosophy and now try to find out about my personal opinion of the ascendants.
Yes this is poor adidas need to keep supporting the F110.
It wouldn't take much to support us F110 owners, but I think the idea here is to try and make us 'upgrade'. In my case it's failing and making me go the anti-adidas route.
I would never buy again electronic devices from adidas, they just have no respect or care about their customers. I'm sure their pacers users will soon be left behind too, so its a lot better to get the devices from other brands...
As some people said, there's a lot of things they could made to keep the usability of the F110, a simple off-line software to sinchronize the phone with the pc, and all of us will be satisfied, it just shows the adidas policies.
PD: If adidas don't care about us, the right thing to do is NEVER buy ANY product they made.
Gently,
Another customer scammed by Adidas
Support our F110! We don't whant to "upgrade" our hardware, it used to work just fine!
Hey guys I'm with you! Running data is based on Distance, Time and Heart rate. This will never change whatever the samsung telephone and micoach software version. Support Samsung F110! They shall not pass!
Hola amigos pienso lo mismo! Los datos de Running estan Distancia, Tiempo y Cardio-frecuencia. Eso no va cambiar con los nuevos telefonos de samsung o la nueves versiones del software micoach. Queremos el Samsung F110. No pasaran!
Hallo freunde!
