If you are having problems with the miCoach Website, please try clearing the cookies and the cache of your browser. Also, make sure you have the latest Flash update.
If you are still experiencing problems after clearing cookies, cache and updating please contact our Support Team.

I found the issue to be with the IE browser. As soon as I used Chrome it worked fine.
