I've used the S9 with my Bold without issues. Have you set the volume up in the app settings for music and coaching?
I just read in another thread that rebooting the device after installing miCoach fixed audio related issues for the 9700 for both wired and bluetooth headsets. Give this a try and let me know if it fixed the issue.
Have a Blackberry 9700. Can't get sound to go through headset. I can hear MiCoach through speakers only. Have rebooted the device several times. Love the program but this problem has me going back to using BiM Active. HELP.
I just got Plantronics bluetooth stereo headphones Backbeat 903+. I have the same problem: phones are working with all audio apps, but it does not work with Micoach, I can't hear voice on phones, sound it goes on my speakerphone (using BB Bold 9700), just like the headphones are not connected. Help?
Hi NikolaAvram,
make sure you do not have a lot of Apps running in the back of you phone and give it another try. If not I would suggest to turn off/turn on you phone and see if that makes a difference.
