I am an amatuer runner looking to start training for a half-marathon. I have only been running on my own for a year but have learned to love running and not only use it for fitness but as a stress reliever. I have also decreased my pace by 6 minutes. I have only ran one, 5 mile race through downtown St,Louis and finished in 41:07, I also just ran my 3 mile physical fitness test at a 19:26.
