Hi

 

So the the problem is my speed cell. The top speed goes very up and down. I always give a 100% maximum run everytime in distances between 50-60m. My record seems to be almost 28km/h, but that has only happend once out of 12 workouts. I generally run 25km/h until i suddenly beat the record. Recently i`ve got my top speed down to 22-24km/h something that`s  weird. Why? does anyone have any clue? could it be my form or the a problem with the speed cell.

AND     I can`t understand how i went from 25km /h to 28km/h when i ran same distances, and why i suddenly have fallen down to 23-24km/h.
