I have a Blackberry Bold and since micoach updated I have only been able to use it for 20 minutes and then it freezes and stops collecting data.  Even deleting and reinstalling doesn't solve the problem.  Anyone else had this and got a solution.

    Thanks for posting.  I have a question.  Is there an error code that comes up when it freezes? 

     

    Second, this could be due to lack of enough memory on your phone.  The size of the miCoach Mobile App installation is approximately 800KB. The size of the narration file varies according to the selected language and can be up to 2.3MB.  In addition, every hour of saved workout can take around 100KB.   We recommend you to set the Device Memory Limit to 12MB or greater. 

     

    Let me know if there is an error code or if you increased memory limit and this is still happening.  Hopefully we can assist you further if needed.
