I am an amatuer runner looking to start training for a half-marathon. I have only been running on my own for a year but have learned to love running and not only use it for fitness but as a stress reliever. I have also decreased my pace by 6 minutes. I have only ran one, 5 mile race through downtown St,Louis and finished in 41:07, I also just ran my 3 mile physical fitness test at a 19:26.

Hi Cornfed2009,

I saw that SportySpider answered your other post but I also saw that no one else answered so I decided to post here again to push your thread back up to the top.

This is a shout out to other like minded miCoachers who might need an extra push or feel like they can provide that extra push for other runners.

Get in touch with Cornfed and get a set up on one of our Challenges - the extra motivation will benefit everyone involved.

Well again for anyone else who wants to get serious there are 2 members here looking for serious runners that want to motivate each other to the next level (whatever that may be?)

Ok, I'll create it. It will be called Life "On The Run". Once created I'll request you to join, if you don't recieve a request then please look for the group.

Sounds like fun. If you want new members on your group count me in.

Im excited to be running my first 10k in Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam next Sun 17th.

G'day,
Just wondering how you envisage this group being different to others? I've found that nothing really happens, just a constant update on stats etc. no real community.

        Sorry to hear that "Create Group" page can't be loaded.
        
        I've tried myself but couldn't reproduce this issue. Could you please try following steps and see if this can help you to resolve this issue?
        
        Clear Cookies and Cache in the browser.
        Try with different browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
        Also please make sure that you have the latest Flash player and Java installed on your computer.
        
        Hope it works so that you can create a group soon as some miCoachers are interested in joining your group.
        
        Please let me know how it works.
