I'm new to micoach. I created a workout plan/schedule, but every so often I can't do a workout due to work.
Micoach is just saying "missed" and pulls up the workout for the current day. Is it possible for the schedule to just shift until I resume?

You can re schedule the workout. To do it, just go to your calendar and drag and drop the missed workout to a suitable date for you. Also, if you are using the App, just tap on the missed workout and when you sync the App to the website you will see it will appear in the new date.
