I get this everytime I connect as well. Contacted support and:
They told me I have had me uninstall and manually install drivers, restart computer, etc... and to no avail.
They told me not put Cell too close to Connect (more than a foot or two, but less that 10m).
They told me to restart my computer
They told me to shake the device
It still always says its off, it still never shows battery life, I've tried synching around 30 times on different computers and only succesfully synched 2 workouts (randomly worked the next day, now not working again)
I've gotten:
-Sync Error
-Error code #1001
-Error code #4050
When I read reviews on the website about this product it was all smiles...are reviews being filtered? If not, I believe we should all leave a word... because I definitely feel misled about what this product does (vs. what it supposedly does)
