Hi okill,
thanks for posting.
The workouts are storage in the App, not in the phone. Therefore, I would recommend you to go to Track>Workout History and check if at the top of the screen you can see your saved workout. Normally the ones that are only saved but not sync are there. If you cannot see anything scroll down the screen and see if you can locate it somewhere in your workout history. Finally, try to sync your App again and see if the workout appears.
Let me know how it goes,

HI MissTennis1,
thank you for your answer but it is not there. I saved my workout only in phone and after that (10 minutes later) I tried sync phone with miCoach server. During the synchronization application restarted and seens as after instalation... application asked me for password, language etc. and last workout I lost. I think that some log must be somewhere in phone memory or SD Card. But I can not find it...
That was not a first time.. it happened cca threetimes..
Hi okill,
thanks for posting and my apologies for the late reply.
If that is the case, I would recommend you to contact our Support Team (support@micoach.com) explaining your issue. Let them know how which kind of mobile you have (brand, OS, version), how many times this has happened to you and please explain as you did here with detail what was the App reaction. Finally, if possible, let them know the dates of the missing workouts. One of our agents will contact you soon.
Thanks for your cooperation,
MissTennis1
