  • Hi Varistopgun,

    Thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that you aren't able to sync your SPEED_CELL.

Regarding this issue, please try the following steps:

    • Make sure that the SPEED_CELL is within range (within 10 meters but not closer than 6 inches from the CONNECT) and that the SPEED_CELL is activated (shake it for few seconds as it can be activated by movement).
    • Make sure that the CONNECT is found by the App (the CONNECT symbol at the right buttom lights up when it is found).
    • Remove the CONNECT and reconnect it. Try synching again.
    • Close the miCoach App completely (to do so close the App and double click the iPhone home button and hold on the App icon. Then it starts shaking and "-" sign appears on the App. Click "-" sign to close it completely). Open the App and try synching again.
    • Reboot/restart your iPhone and try synching again.
    • Replace the battery of the SPEED_CELL. If the battery is drained or weak, you won't be able to sync your SPEED_CELL.

    Hope this helps.

Please let me know how it works.

    Thanks,

    • Hi Varistopgun,

There is a new info regarding pairing/synching SPEED_CELL via iPhone. Please have a look at our post in the following link:

If you are experiencing issue with Football App, alternatively try the steps below:

      1. Download any of the other Sports Apps (Running, Basketball, Tennis)
      2. Launch the App
      3. Add device
      4. Go back to the main menu and ask the user to sync
      5. If the syncing is successful, edit the data.

      6. Then when assigning the data, choose the Football (Soccer) option from the scrolling menu.

      7. Go back to the main menu and sync the App to the website

      8.  login to your miCoach account and check on history the latest workout. You can check your football data in your web account.
