Hi everybody :-)

 

I have brought an adinova Black/lemon and Micoach for iphone

 

i have dowload Micoach Football apps but it seems to cant conect the speed cell.

 

I have been struggeling for a very long time trying to connect my speed_cell device to my iphone app. The problem is that my iphone can't seem to find the device and when i search for it, it just says it can't find anything and that I should try to keep my speed_cell within the right distance.

 

I have tried installing all the other apps and they don't work, except the generel micoach app, that can find my speed_cell as a stride sensor. I have also tried turning the iphone off, removing the battery in the speed_cell and re-installing the iphone app. I am completely clueless and don't know what to do, I hope someone can help?

 

Why is doesnt work, advertisment is so good like messi holding his iphone and straight away all data can sync, i think i have been cheated.

 

The normal Micoach apps works absolutely fine,but....

 

The purpose i try out your new adidas Micoach technology is to improve my overall strenght i need to see pie charts , how many sprint , how many distance i ran, not with the normal stride sensor that show normal running distance.

 

thats what your advertisment show with messi with the pie charts running 27km/h how many sprint ad etc, i think tis is bull shit man,

 

ur better come up with some support or else i go public on this issue.

    Sorry to hear that your SPEED_CELL can be found by none of the sports Apps apart from the miCoach mobile App.

     

    I understand that this can be frustrating and can feel your pain.

     

    Could you please check my post here as I gave some instruction regarding this issue in a different thread?

     

    We've seen some users experiencing this issue and we've passed this issue onto our developers and they are working on it with the highest priority.

     

    Please check those instruction. If this doesn't help, send an email over to our support team(support@micoach.com) with the details described in my post, as our support team can give you one to one support.

    There is a new info regarding pairing/synching SPEED_CELL via iPhone. Please have a look at our post in the following link: http://community-micoach.adidas.com/thread/14081

     

    If you are experiencing issue with Football App, alternatively try the steps below:

     

    1. Download any of the other Sports Apps (Running, Basketball, Tennis)
    2. Launch the App
    3. Add device
    4. Go back to the main menu and ask the user to sync
    5. If the syncing is successful, edit the data.

    6. Then when assigning the data, choose the Football (Soccer) option from the scrolling menu.

    7. Go back to the main menu and sync the App to the website

    8.  login to your miCoach account and check on history the latest workout. You can check your football data in your web account.
