Hi There,

 

Only just started using the MiCoach range (Pacer, HR monitor, iOS and Speed_CELL) and absolutely love it.

 

Now as with the running excersices and plans, you are able to customise your own, are you able to customise your own gym/weights plan. The preset plans "Upper Body Strength/No Gym Workout/Muscle Builder, etc" are good, but I would like to create my own circuit with the exercises that are currently available, but in a different order. Is this possible yet?? I've tried looking to no avail

    Thanks for the post.

     

    Glad to hear that you are enjoying miCoach system.

     

    It isn't currently possible to create/ customise your own Strength and Flexibility workout. At the moment you only can customise cardio workout based on intervals, time and distance.

     

    However, I like your idea! It would be great if we have an option to select some exercises together by our own and create our own workout.

     

    I'll make sure that this suggestion will be shared with our web guys and hope this can be implemented in the future. My fingers are crossed!
