I have the same problem. Got an email with a PDF attachment when I intially set up the account, but none since.
In fact after I sent this message yesterday, this morning I received my first e-mail notification. ![]()
I'm happy that it now finally works after two years... although I have to see for how long it lasts...

For those of you who aren't getting any notification email, I don't have any update on this yet. However, our web guys are working hard on a fix and to make our server more stable.
