hey there!

 

i just played a game and when i got home i synced it with my pc. it loaded faster than before and when i logged in to micoach.com i didnt get that "new" thing under home button. i have the latest updates and such. I've been usining the speed_cell for only 5 workouts so the memory is not full, and all those workouts synced perfect. so my question is if im doing anything wrong or is it just the speed_cell thats stupid, and if im doing wrong is there any way to get the information about todays game? Sorry for doing a post about this when theres lots of them out there, but no one described there problem good enough and the answeres werent good to.

    Sorry to hear that your game data couldn't be uploaded on to the website despite of successful synching.

     

    Regarding this issue, I'd like to ask you few questions:

     

    • Have you changed the place of SPEED_CELL in the last game? How do you wear your SPEED_CELL? In the miCoach compatible shoe cavitiy or on the shoe lace using lace clip? Make sure that you are wearing your SPEED_CELL as recommended (either on the shoe lace or in the compatible shoe cavity.)
    • Have you remove the battery of the SPEED_CELL (or open the back cover of the SPEED_CELL) after playing the game? Removing the battery or opening the backcover of the SPEED_CELL resets your SPEED_CELL and the data will be erased from the SPEED_CELL.

     

    If you are wearing your SPEED_CELL in a recommended way and you haven't removed the battery, please try replacing the battery. If the battery of the SPEED_CELL is weak, it might not able to record the data.

     

    If this issue still persists, please send an email over to our support team (support@micoach.com) along with your log files that can be found in the following location:

     

    Windows XP/Vista/7 & Mac OS X: <User's home folder>\adidas\miCoach Manager\logs\debug.log
