Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help me, im a noob when it comes to this but here goes.

I bought the speed cell chip a few days ago, replaced the battery with a new one and synced it to my iphone. I played a game of 11's tonight with the sprint cell on the strap on my shin guard and played 90 minutes. When i got home and synced it again, it hadnt picked up anything at all. Is there any reason for this or do i have to sync the device before i play everytime or is there a site someone can direct me to? Atm im feeling pretty gutted that it picked up nothing and hoping its just because im such a mong and cant do it properly.

  • It should pick up everything, mine records everything I do, even movement in my backpack on the way to game etc. Seems like it's not syncing properly... have you clicked on "assign data" on the miCoach homepage? And it's all blank in there?

    Thanks for posting. @Vipereus83, thanks for helping out here . It is nice to see the members of the community giving tips to each other.

     

    @Spicer: As a first note, wearing the SPEED_CELL on the shoe laces using the lace clip or in the cavity of miCoach compatible shoes will allow for highest level of data accuracy.  If it is used in any other way than recommended (with lace clip or in cavity), adidas does not guarantee the same level of data accuracy.

     

    Also, it would be nice if you can tell us which version of SPEED_CELL you have, the one with the CONNECT for PC/Mac or for iPhone/iPod. If you have the first one, then as @Vipereus83 says, check if you have an assign data message on your home page. It looks like this:

      Thanks for the update.

       

      Glad to hear that all went well.

       

      You're right! When you try synching your SPEED_CELL, please note that the SPEED_CELL is within range (within 10 meters but not closer than 6 inches from the CONNECT for iPhone/iPod) and that it is activated (shake your SPEED_CELL for few seconds as it can be activated by movement).
