Hi
The Pacer recognises the heart rate monitor and stride sensor fine but when
I plug into the iPhone, I cant get my iPhone to recognise my heart rate
sensor or stride sensor.
Kind regards
Jane
Hi janeadyer,
Thanks for posting.
In order the sensors can be recognized you have to add them first to the App. To do it, go to the main menu and then click on Settings>Sensors and then tap on HRM first so it can be added and then go back and do the same for the Stride Sensor. Once this is done, then pick the workout you want to do and in the Review just choose the HRM and Stride Sensor that you have previously added. Then, click next and wait for them to be picked up by the App. Don't forget to have the CONNECT plugged in all the time.
I hope this helps!
