Hi TheScottyW82,
thanks for posting. As a general rule, an athlete must travel at least 80 meters in a 60 second period somewhere in the workout for it to be considered valid data. Also, if you happen to have a SPEED_CELL with the CONNECT for iPhone/iPod and also CONNECT for PC/Mac if you already sync first with the App then you cannot sync again with the miCoach Manager and vice versa. This is because once you retrieved the data for the first time, you cannot retrieve it again.
If you did a workout of more than 80 meters in 60 second period and you are only trying to sync with the SPEED_CELL for PC/Mac then I would suggest you to try to clear the Flash Asset Cache of your browser to see if now the Assign Data message appears. To do it, on the website please go to your schedule and right-click on the calendar. Then click on Global Settings and then Delete All. Finally refresh and go to the home page.
If after that the data is still not there, then I would appreciate if you can contact our Support Team (support@micoach.com). When you do it, please let them know which SPEED_CELL version do you have, which computer you have and its OS, also let them know the date of the missing workout and finally attach your log files, you can find them in your computer under :\adidas\miCoach Manager\logs\debug.log. One of our agents will contact you soon.
