Hi all

I have recently started working again, after a few months off.

At the moment i am going through the orientation workuts to ease my way back into shape.

Is it important that i go through all the orientation plans before i start a different plan?

Or is there an orientation plan that if i feel comfortable doing i can stop with the orientations and start a different program?

Thank you

Daniel

  • Hi danny1976!

It is nice to hear you are back in track .

As for when to stop the orientation workouts it really depends on how do you feel. The plans offer a continuous training that will lead you to a final goal, however, it is not compulsory to finish every single one of them. Sometimes you just feel it is not the right for you and you can decide to finish whenever you want, but it really does depends on your feeling and how you see your progress. Also, it is no compulsory to go through all the levels of the plans before starting a new one in other category. The magic of the plans that are offered is that you can play with them, mix and match accordingly on how do you feel at the moment, that is why each program have different levels depending on what you can take. So just choose one level on any given plan that matches your physical condition at the moment and you are good to go. Just remember to do an assessment workout before starting in order to set your zones.

If you have further questions, please let us know.

We wish you a happy training!
