I'm been trying to find the best plan for me but the majority of them require gym equipment which I don't have access to. Is there anyway I can customize the workouts so that I can substitute those exercises for some that don't require the gym equipment?

Thanks.

  • You can't customise Strength & Flexibility workouts yet, unfortunately.  See the response from MissTennis in the following thread:

There is a No Equipment workout in the single workouts.

  • Hi ejimenez22,

    Thanks for the post.

Some workouts require gym equipment, while others feature only light equipment or no equipment at all. The equipment needed is noted in each workout. The equipment is chosen to help you see results, but if you don’t have a piece of equipment, that shouldn’t limit your ability to perform the workout. You can almost always modify an exercise. Here are a few examples:

No hurdles or cones? Just put a piece of tape or similar object on the ground.
No cables? Use resistance bands instead.
No slide? Use a towel on a slippery surface, or a piece of cardboard on carpet. Anything that moves beneath you will work.
No trigger ball? A trigger ball can be any dense ball. Progress from objects that are less dense, like a tennis ball, to more dense (lacrosse ball, golf ball, etc.) You can make a double trigger ball by taping two tennis balls together so they form a peanut shape.
No concrete wall for medicine ball throws? Throw with a partner, or try “shadow throwing” in which you go through the motion without releasing the ball.

"Get started with adipur" under men's training and "no gym workout" single workout are the one you don't need any gym equipment.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
