I bought the one piece heart rate monitor and the square stride sensor as a pair and then the iPhone Connect. I cannot get the iPhone app to find the sensors. The icon for the Connect is green and it looks like it is searching but no joy. I also changed the battery in the HRM to ensure that isn't the issue. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for writing.  I want to check on a couple of things. 

     

    In the miCoach app, did you go into Settings, then Sensors to pair your heart rate monitor and stride sensor?  Once you do this, then you are able to go into a specific workout and the sensors should be found. 

     

    Also in general, make sure of a couple of things:

     

    - That the Sensors are within 2 meters of the CONNECT

    - That you lightly tap your foot or tap the sensor to activate it

    - That there are no other ANT+ devices in the vicinity

     

    Also, closing completely out of the app, taking out the CONNECT, putting it back in and restarting the app also can help.  But let me know if the issue persists.
