I ran today using the micoach pacer bundle, after my workout I heard the summary and everything. After I plugged it into my computer and synced the device I didn't see my results online. Why is that? Is my workout lost?

  • The same thing just happened to mine. I worked out last night, tried to sync this morning, and it gave me an error #1001. So I ejected the pacer, reconnected it, this time the sync worked, and now there is no information on my run. It just says I missed a workout.

  • Hi guys!

    Thanks for posting.

@dorksider: did your Pacer indicate a certain type of error when trying to sync?.  If you do not have any errors I would recommend to try to sync your Pacer a couple of times more waiting a couple of minutes in between each trial.

@mrjohn12: in you case, regarding the #1001 try the following steps:

    - Make sure to have the latest version of the Manager

    - Change the narration voice under Settings on the web page and then synchronize again.
    - It may take a few moments to start the sync process when the Pacer is plugged into the computer.

    - Erase Pacer data (using Manager) and sync again.

In both cases, if nothing of the above works, I would appreciate if you can contact our Support Team (support@micoach.com). When you do it, please let them know which kind of computer you have and with which OS is running. Also mention the dates of the missing workouts and finally attach your log files to the email, you can find them under :\adidas\miCoach Manager\logs\debug.log

  • Same happened to me! Two workouts and the data was lost. I made an attempt to see what was happening and started another free training and it did recorde the 20 seconds one. The pacer seems to have these flaws from time to time. It seems its quality is not the best in the market. What should I do to be sure that my data is going to be saved.

    • Hi guys!

      thanks for posting.

I am sorry you are having issues with your Pacer, I can understand this can be very frustrating. About the missing workouts, I would like to ask you some questions and also give you some instructions to try.

First, I would appreciate if you can check you have the last Manager version (5.0.22) and the right firmware. If not, please make sure to update them and try again.

Also, I would like you to follow the next instructions, this will not get you the data back and it will erase the unsynchronised data but it will prevent this to happen in the future:

      • Log on to miCoach.com

      • Change the narration voice under Settings> Pacer> Narration voice. Click "Save".

      • Run the miCoach manager and plug in the Pacer. Don't sync the Pacer at this stage.

      • Go to Edit>Diagnostics>use Erase and Reset.  (This step will erase the current unsynchronised data that you are trying to sync, but will help to prevent this issue from happening again).

      • Now sync your Pacer and try again.

If after trying this you still have issues with your Pacer, please contact our Support Team (support@micoach.com) describing your issue. When you do it, please let Support know what steps you already tried and which type of computer and OS you have. Finally, please add the next code at the beginning of your email: SCM - "your miCoach username" - SD.

One of your agents will contact you soon. Thanks for your patience.
