Hi cherring,
Thanks for posting and welcome to miCoach!
I am not really sure what you mean about getting a new strap, specially since you are saying with you just got started. I would really appreciate if you can answer me some questions so I can have it clearer. Did the Heart Rate Monitor was included in any type of kit? for example, did you bought it with the Pacer or just as a separate item? Do you have any other miCoach device? Could you tell me please if what you have is only this part?
I would appreciate any further detail ![]()
Thanks in advance!

I just bought the HRM came with a strap, it stretched really easily, and now doesn't update all that well, I would have thought it would have been more resilient or unhook rather just loosen and tighten. I also have a speed_cell, but that came with some boots I bought, so is not really that relevant.
Thanks.
Replacement straps are available on the adidas website (as I am in Canada, here is the Canadian link): http://www.shopadidas.ca/product/OP388/V00055/Sports/miCoach+Transmitter+Belt+%28Replacement%29/detail.jsf
Also, it's strange that your does not hook/unhook.....I purchased one a couple of months ago and it has a hook that you use to put it on/take it off without having to re-adjust the size every time....
Hi guys!
@ekroll, thanks for covering this up and for providing the link ![]()
@cherring, as @ekroll says the fact that your HRM does not hook/unhook and it got all loose so suddenly is not normal. I want to share with you the following guide that shows better practices when using the HRM: http://bit.ly/GDsWBD
If after following all the steps in the guide you still have issues with the strap itself, please contact our Support Team (support@micoach.com). One of our agents will contact you soon.
Thanks!

yes it does unhook, I feel a bit silly. It came hooked up and I thought that was just how they were until I saw another guy's polar one ... a few safety pins to stop the lengthening happening while I run and it seems to be better for now, I might need a new one in the future though. Thanks for the help everyone, I'll look more carefully next time, although packing them unhooked might save confusion? Anyway, live n learn.
I was wondering if it is possible to have this strap in XL or XXL?
Thanks
Hi mjdr,
Thanks for the post.
The miCoach textile strap comes currently in one size only, however it is adjustable.
I understand that for some people it might not fit and I'll make sure that your request will be passed onto our responsible department.

I'm interested in buying a second HR monitor strap for my Adidas one too. My wife would like to use my HR monitor but doesn't like the idea of wearing my sweaty strap. I heard that the form factor of one (or some?) of the Garmin heart rate monitors is very similar to the Adidas one, and I found that Garmin does sell the strap separately here in the US, for example at this site: http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/garmin-softreplastrap.html. Does anyone know if this strap is compatible with the Adidas HR monitor? I guess the button clips just need to be spaced appropriately.
Thanks.
