Does anybody know what software changes were made to the website on the 12th March 2012 , as synchronising is suddenly very difficult ?

    Thanks for the post and sorry for the delayed response.

     

    We've updated our website to improve the website performance and stability as well as to fix some issues as per user's request.

     

    To help you further, I need some more details as we have different miCoach products.

     

    • Which miCoach device (Pacer, SPEED_CELL or miCoach mobile App?) are you using? If you are using the SPEED_CELL, do you sync via iPhone or via PC/Mac? If you are using the miCoach mobile app, which model and OS version does your phone have and which version of the miCoach mobile App is installed on your mobile phone?
    • Do you get any error when you try synching your device? If so, what kind of error do you get? Would it be possible for you to post the error message?
    • Please explain your issue in details.
