Hi guys - does anyone of you know if it is possible to crop the workout after i have uploaded it? I made the mistake of not cropping it before i uploaded it from my ipad.

 

Hope anyone can help me

    Thanks for the post.

     

    The answer is YES! If you sync the sports App to your web account, you can crop your uploaded data on the website.

    This is how you can do:

     

    • Log in to your web account and go to the workout result you'd like to crop.
    • Drag your cursor across the graph to select the data on the Football timeline graph. Once you select the data, the "crop data" button will appear on the right corner. Please note that you can crop the data only when you select at least 15 minutes of data. If the whole data you want to crop is less than 15 minutes, you won't be able to crop the data.

      • I'm having the same problem. It refuses to work in Chrome and I can't even log in with Opera so I'm forced to use the terrible IE which I figured would be the safe bet. But no.

         

        All in all I'm not impressed. The Speed Cell takes about 10-15 goes to connect to my iPhone. I've tried stating the app plugged in. Start App then plug in. Ehh over it.

          thanks for posting. I am sorry you are having issues with your SPEED_CELL.

           

          I see you already tried to crop your data on Chrome, however I would appreciate if you can follow some instructions to see if now you are able to crop the data:

           

          1. Make sure you have the latest update for Flash and for Java

          2. Clear cache and cookies from your browser

          3. In the website, go to your Schedule and once there, please clear the Flash Asset Cache. To do it, just right-click on the calendar and go to Global Settings, then click on Delete All, close and refresh the website.

           

          Try again and see if this helped. If not, I would appreciate if you can contact our Support Team. When you do it, please let them know your issue and let them know which browser are you using and its version and the steps you already tried. Someone will contact you soon.
