I have 2 workouts to synch.

The site was so slow.

What I want to upload is Workout #1 and #2.

There was a lag/delay whenever choosing workouts in the drop down.

The corresponding graph doesn't show up so I had to refresh a lot of times.

Then the graph showed up, I chose workout #1 and saved the cropped area.

It will delete after I save and exit.

When I went back, Workout #1 is still there and Workout #2 was deleted.

Apparently, the dropdown was on Workout #2 and it was showing me the Workout #1 graph (due to delay, refresh, I dunno)

And how the website works is it will delete data based on what is chosen in the dropdown.

But the problem is the graph was lagging to a point where I already chose Workout #2 and what I was cropping was the Workout #1 graph.

xxxx this. Others are also having problems in deleted data.

I mean come on, why so strict in deleting workout graphs right away?

Can't we device a way to at least retain some of it??

I'm very very upset... Workout #1 was actual game details and I badly need (since it's the opening game in our basketball league) and it was gone! just like that! because of people being very strict in deleting workouts right away with no backup/recovery mechanism!

Where's the usability here???

  • Hi Det7,

    Thanks for the feedback.

Sorry to hear that your important opening game data got accidentally deleted. I understand this can be frustrating and can feel your pain.

Unfortunately, it isn't currently possible to retrieve the original data once you've cropped.

However, I appreciate your honest feedback. Your feedback is very important to us as it can help us to improve our produce more user friendly.

I'll make sure that your feedback will be passed onto our developers and hope this can be implemented in the future.

Regarding the performance of the website, I'd like to ask you few questions.

    • Is the website performance always so slow or was it just this time?
    • Which operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7 or Mac) and which browser (Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome) do you use?

Please try clear cookies, cache and browser history in your browser and make sure that you have the latest Flash player and Java installed on your computer.

Please let me know how the website works.

Your understanding is very much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    SportySpider1
